She started her career in Siemens Turkey in 1997. Having dedicated two decades to diverse roles within the company, where she held expert and managerial positions across various departments, she transitioned to the role of Finance Director at Jungheinrich Turkey in 2018. Later, in 2020, she assumed the role of CFO at Schindler Turkey, contributing significantly until her tenure concluded in July 2023.
Kariyerine Siemens Türkiye'de başlamıştır. Siemens’in farklı bölümlerinin uzman ve yönetici pozisyonlarında geçirdiği 20 yıllık deneyimi sonrasında, 2018'de Jungheinrich Türkiye'ye Finans Direktörü olarak atanmıştır. Daha sonra, 2020'de Schindler Türkiye'ye CFO olarak katılmış ve Temmuz 2023'e kadar organizasyona katkılarda bulunmuştur.
Bringing a wealth of expertise from 25 years in the professional arena, she founded Prospertha Consulting with the intention of sharing her vast experience with individuals and companies eager to progress and grow. Her fundamental belief has always been to secure a stable and robust future for the organizations she is affiliated with, focusing on their financial and structural aspects to establish a legacy that can be inherited by future generations. This dedication has led her to consistently improve and develop existing processes, catalyze the transition towards institutionalization, and foster the formation of dynamic organizational units that embrace learning and exploration in every position she assumes.
25 yıllık profesyonel deneyiminden sonra, bu deneyimlerini gelişim isteyen bireylere ve şirketlere aktarmak amacıyla Prospertha Danışmanlık şirketini kurmuştur. Yönetim şekli her zaman görev aldığı organizasyonların, gelecek nesillere devredilecek mali ve yapısal açıdan sürdürülebilir, güçlü bir geleceğe sahip olmalarını sağlamak olmuş; bu yaklaşımla üstlendiği her rolde mevcut süreçlerin iyileştirilmesi ve geliştirilmesi, kurumsal yapının kurulması ve bununla birlikte öğrenen ve araştıran, sorgulayan, dinamik organizasyon birimlerinin oluşmasına öncülük etmiştir.
Drawing upon extensive experience in finance, she has honed her skills across diverse business functions such as maintening and cultivating robust relationships with global and local stakeholders, strategic development, goal setting, achieving targets, Board Member Management, short, mid, and long-term budgeting, forecasting, establishment of new organizations, reorganization, recruitment, performance improvement, development of people, efficient utilization of resources, improvement of cash flow and networking capital. Additionally, she has managed numerous local and global projects, participated in over 60 audits encompassing tax, customs, processes, and quality, overseen more than 20 digitalization/ERP projects, primarily focusing on SAP. Her expertise also extends to both operational and strategic procurement supplier management, development, and audits, warehouse management and outsourcing, local and international logistics management, including import, acquisitions, mergers, carve-outs, compliance, code of conduct, fraud audits, design and documentation of business processes. This wealth of knowledge serves as the cornerstone upon which Prospertha is built.
Global ve lokal partnerlerle güvene dayalı ilişkiler kurma, strateji geliştirme, hedef belirleme ve gerçekleştirme, yönetim kurulu üyeliği, kısa-orta ve uzun dönem bütçe, bütçe revizesi, yeni organizasyon kurulması, organizasyonların yeniden yapılandırması, yüzlerce aday görüşmesi, çalışan performans takibi ve geliştirilmesi, nakit akışının ve işletme sermayesinin iyileştirilmesi, yurt içi ve yurt dışı projelerin yönetimi, şirket içi ve şirket dışı kuruluşlarla geçirilmiş 60’tan fazla denetim (vergi, gümrük, süreç, kalite), SAP programı ağırlıklı olmak üzere 20’den fazla süreç otomasyonu ve ERP projesi, operasyonel ve stratejik satın alma, tedarikçi yönetimi, geliştirilmesi ve denetlenmesi, depo yönetimi ve outsource edilmesi, ithalat dahil olmak üzere yurt içi ve yurt dışı lojistik süreçleri, şirket satın alması, birleşme ve ayrılmalar, mevzuata uyum, etik kod- hile-suistimal denetimleri, süreçlerin dökümante edilmesi ve dizaynı gibi geniş bir alandaki tecrübesi, Prospertha Consulting’in temelini oluşturmaktadır.
Throughout her career, she has actively engaged in numerous leadership and personal development initiatives. Furthermore, she holds certifications in Board Membership Mentoring and Development, SIX SIGMA - Green Belt, and Holistic Schema Coaching. Currently, she dedicates her time to mentoring start-ups at İTÜ Çekirdek, and at BTM contributing to the growth of budding entrepreneurs and also
İş yaşamı boyunca katıldığı sayısız liderlik ve kişisel gelişim programları yanında, Yönetim Kurulu Üyeliği Mentorluk, SIX SIGMA Yeşil Kuşak, Bütünsel Şema Koçluğu sertifikaları bulunan Esra Orçunus, İTÜ Çekirdek ve BTM'de start-up’lara mentorlük yapmaktadır.
